Our Story

Born FromCalling

Compassionate Reach Foundation was established in 2023 by Dr. Titilope Adedeji — a medical doctor whose years of frontline community service revealed the quiet, persistent suffering of vulnerable girls, abandoned teenage mothers, and underserved children.

Behind every smile she encountered were silent struggles: poverty, trauma, interrupted education, exploitation, and crisis pregnancies faced without support. These were not isolated stories. They were a pattern — and they demanded a response.

Rooted in Christ's command to go into all the world, CRF was established as an act of obedience — a response to a need too urgent to walk past. Today it is a growing organisation committed to demonstrating the love of Christ through consistent, holistic, compassionate action.

We Say Yes to Life.And Yes to the Mother.

We know that crisis pregnancies arise through many circumstances — not all of them choices freely made. But regardless of how a girl arrived at that moment, we stand firmly against her being forced to terminate a pregnancy because of lack of support, resources, or compassion.

We do not condone premarital sex — but we equally refuse to abandon any girl who finds herself facing its consequences. CRF is pro-life. We are pro-support. We are pro-mother. And we are pro-child. These are not competing commitments — they are one.

"No girl should feel that abortion is her only option because no one showed up for her. CRF exists to be that support — with practical care, zero condemnation, and a pathway toward hope."

We are a young organisation — with a handful of early impact and a great deal more ahead. What we have, and what we carry into every outreach, is faith, commitment, and a roadmap built to grow. We carry big dreams — not out of naivety, but because of the extraordinary partners, sponsors, mentors, and volunteers who believe in this vision alongside us. Every number here represents a real life. Our roadmap runs from 2027 to 2032. We grow together — or not at all.

We also actively engage in gender-based violence awareness and advocacy — because before transformation is possible, safety must exist.

Young Mothers

She Was Six Months Pregnant and Ready to Give Up. CRF Showed Up.

We met her at six months pregnant — exhausted, isolated, and standing at the edge of a decision she could not undo. She had been sexually abused. She carried a shame that was never hers to carry, and a grief no one around her was willing to sit with. Through counselling, consistent mentorship, and practical financial support, CRF walked with her through the rest of her pregnancy. She had her baby. She is doing well. Her child is healthy. She named her Hope.

Dr. Titilope Adedeji is a medical doctor and the Founder & CEO of Compassionate Reach Foundation. Her years in frontline healthcare revealed the profound, interconnected challenges faced by vulnerable girls, young mothers, and underserved children — experiences that, combined with a deep faith and a calling rooted in Mark 16:15, led to the establishment of CRF in 2023.

Through CRF, she leads initiatives focused on education, mentorship, healthcare access, vocational training, and spiritual development — working to restore dignity and unlock the potential of vulnerable lives across Nigeria and, ultimately, Africa.
